Is list syncing bidirectional?

No. List syncing is CRM-led. Lists created in Dynamics 365 are synced into Constant Contact. Lists created directly in Constant Contact are not synced back into Dynamics. This keeps your CRM as the source of truth and avoids data conflicts.

How often do lists sync?

Lists are synced automatically every four hours. If you don’t want to wait for the scheduled sync, you can use the “Sync Now” option to trigger an update immediately.

Will unsubscribe activity stay in sync?

Yes. Unsubscribe activity from Constant Contact is synced, so contact preferences are respected and maintained, helping support compliance and a better contact experience.
