SymphonySync™ has been a great addition to our marketing technology. The seamless integration between HubSpot and Dynamics 365 provides us with many benefits. Our sales team can now see valuable insight on every marketing-qualified lead right within our CRM. This has increased our sales team’s confidence in our lead generation efforts and has led to more conversions of our MQLs to opportunities. Our sales team can also update the lead status of our MQLs right within Dynamics 365, which has provided valuable information to our marketing team. We also needed to connect our marketing activities and campaigns to our sales pipeline. Previously, there was a disconnect between our marketing campaigns and our sales pipeline. We couldn’t do a proper ROI analysis on the majority of our marketing campaigns. SymphonySync™ has allowed us to close the loop on our marketing campaigns, and for the first time, we are now able to accurately measure the ROI on our marketing campaigns. While we have not been using the tool for long, we have seen a positive and immediate impact.

We needed a way to integrate HubSpot and our marketing data into our new Dynamics 365 CRM instance. We were searching for an integration that would allow us to manage our leads better and a system to provide us with better ROI reporting.

We like that it is 100% flexible on what data we can move between the two tools and it handles custom fields without problem. It is simple and cost-effective to update the sync to meet any change in business requirements. The reporting provides exactly what we need to make business decisions and I absolutely love how all the relevant marketing and sales data resides in one easy to use platform.
